A resident of Rancho Santa Fe, Bacino works with clients throughout the coastal areas of North San Diego County. He decided to focus his career on real estate after honing his skills in the business world. Most recently, Bacino was the chief operating officer and vice president of business development for Deal Management Systems Inc., a financial software company specializing in products that streamline corporate financial transactions. As the company's founder, Bacino built Deal Management Systems, Inc. into a profitable operation within three years, managing over $1 billion in corporate finance transactions.

Bacino enjoys staying active in the communities that he serves.
